Welcome to WordPress. This isOsteogenesis imperfecta (OI) presents significant challenges in perioperative management due to fragile bones, airway difficulties, and the potential for other systemic complications. We report a case of a 45-year-old female with OI undergoing a total abdominal hysterectomy.
